Reviewed by Paul Dale Roberts This is sophisticated sci-fi! Alita raises her nose to Hisakata and Hunter x Hunter, because this is one angel you don't want to mess with! The costumes in this story are incredible, the artwork is top-notch! There is plenty of action, plenty of black humor and even some philosophical, historical and cultural references that keep the story exciting! In this story Alita stages a protest, a protest that will save some children. When the protest comes to a head, Alita must face a sports event that can lead to death! There are many unique characters in this story! This is truly manga comic book fun! Yukito Kishiro does a wonderful job, no wonder Alita is so popular! Interested in writing for MangaLife?
